The Consumer Confidence Survey from Conference Board is no longer available in print--older editions on shelves, but print stopped in 2009. The electronic version is available in both Factiva and Business Index ASAP, by doing a search on "Consumer Confidence Survey."

I am retrieving pdf. files of each month's issue that I print out and put in the blue box in the current serials section on the first floor. Currently we have Jan-July 2009 in print and August and September are forthcoming.
As an added comment, the data in Factiva and Business Index ASAP is a summary and doesn't contain all the content of the monthly issue.
