To access historical reports in Valueline back to 1997, follow these steps:
Click the link to the "Plus Edition" on the left side menu under "Quick Index."
Click the link for "Historical Reports"
Enter a ticker symbol or company name, and select the date of the issue you want Then click "search"

I just tried this and discovered that you don't need to select the date of the issue - just type in the ticker and hit search - it returns all issue dates back to 1999 - slick!
